Had a new custom front door installed this week and it looks drastically better than our old door, really changing the look of the house. Sales person did a great job of showing & explaining the door options and we’re very happy with what we chose. Keep it low pressure and put up with our slowness in making a decision. Install went great, Miguel and the guys did an excellent job with the install overall as well as keeping things neat in/outside of our house. Miguel talked me through their process, confirmed some trim/paint choices and even asked how I’d like things cut (90/45 angles), which makes a big difference. Can’t count how many times I heard them fire up the vacuum, which I really appreciate. Had a small snag with which type of door we ordered and what got delivered, but was minor and they made it right. Overall happy with the process from start to finish and excited to have a nice new front door.

I initially contacted Justin to get four new windows for our kitchen and ended up with four new windows and a new roof. The roof was done within a few weeks. The windows took longer due to manufacturing time frames but that was explained to us when we ordered them. Work crews were both professional and left at the end of the day with everything cleaned up and out of the way. No nails laying around after the roofing job. 😉

We used A New Look Exteriors to replace our new roof, as well as to extend the roof-line over an expanded patio addition. They also painted the exterior of our home. They replaced 2 very large windows, and the product failed. They replaced the faulty windows under warranty. They were very professional and courteous.

I highly recommend a new look exterior. We had originally planned on taking down the garage and rebuilding it. We had Justin out to review the work needed and he felt as though it could be repaired. They were able to complete the work and the garage looks better than ever. They were timely, prompt, and hard working.

We called on a Friday for a non-emergency, got a call back on Monday, and they came out on Tuesday. Excellent response time.

They replaced a patio door glass pack that was damaged due a wind storm. The crew was on time, and the craftsmanship was top notch. I would definitely recommend them and use them again.

We had our gutters replaced – the whole team was extremely good at communication from working with our insurance to setting an installation date, keeping us up to date, working around any delays that came up, and the gutters seem to be extremely high quality and reasonably priced!
